Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 "About State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 8, Art. 191; 2016, No. 73, Art. 2454; 2018, No. 20, Art. 660; 2020, No. 30, the Art. 1062, No. 91, the Art. 2951) and of June 17, 2015 No. 409 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the regional and local commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 50, Art. 1609; 2018, No. 20, Art. 660; 2022, No. 80, the Art. 4846) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18:
1) in the Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the specified resolution:
to add the paragraph of the seventh of Item 6 after the word of "secretariat" with words of "State commission";
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. The working body of State commission providing preparation, convocation and holding meetings is the Secretariat of State commission which consists of representatives of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and GSChS.
The responsible secretary of State commission directs work of the secretariat of State commission.
