About rendering in 2008 high-technology medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation at the expense of means of the federal budget

According to article 10 of the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2008 and for Planning Period of 2009 and 2010" and for the purpose of increase in availability to citizens of the Russian Federation in high-technology medical care the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of forming in 2008 of the state task for rendering high-technology medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation at the expense of means of the federal budget;

Rules of joint financing in 2008 of the state task for rendering high-technology medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation by the medical institutions which are under authority of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities.

2. Financial provision of expenses on accomplishment of the state task for rendering high-technology medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation is performed within budgetary appropriations and limits of the budget obligations provided to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

3. Control of target use of the funds allocated from the federal budget for rendering high-technology medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation is performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since April 1, 2007.
