About introduction of temporary non-tariff measure on import of some types of construction goods

According to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the temporary ban imposed after three days after entry into force of this resolution for a period of six months on import by vehicles on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the following types of construction materials:

- paragraph two of ceased to be valid;

- the plates, sheets, panela, tiles and similar products without ornament from gypsum covered or reinforced only by paper or cardboard, classified by code 6809 11 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
