About cancellation of temporary non-tariff measure on import of some types of construction goods

For the purpose of stabilization of the market of gypsum plasterboards, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Lift temporary ban on import by vehicles on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of construction materials: the plates, sheets, panels, tiles and similar products without ornament from gypsum covered or reinforced only by paper or cardboard, classified by code 6809 11 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on removal of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on removal of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary non-tariff measure on import of some types of construction goods" of March 31, 2025 No. 169.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
