About cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with the international organizations
Based on article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2024 No. 10-Z "About ratification of the Constitutive treaty of the International organization for Russian" and for the purpose of implementation of article 6 of the Charter of the International organization for Russian approved by the Constitutive treaty of the International organization for Russian of October 13, 2023, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Authorize the Minister of Education to represent the Republic of Belarus in the supreme body of the International organization for Russian - the Ministerial conference.
2. Appoint the First Deputy Minister of Education the plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Management board of the International organization for Russian.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs send the adequate notice to depositary of the Constitutive treaty of the International organization for Russian of October 13, 2023.
4. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2017 No. 877 "About cooperation with the international organizations and interstate educations" the following changes:
to state Item 23 of the Section "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" in the following edition:
"23. Shanghai Cooperation Organization (general coordination).";
in the Section "Ministry of Emergency Situations":
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. International organization of civil defense.";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Management of the United Nations on disaster risk reduction.";
to state paragraph two of the Section "The Republican State Bodies and Other Organizations Subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to Their Competence and Powers Conferred by the Legislation" in the following edition:
"within the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Eurasian Economic Union ***, the European Union *, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;";
