2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item within ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to the interested officials and structural divisions.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of wearing military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also other signs

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of wearing military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also other signs (further – Rules) determine procedure for wearing military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction in Armed Forces (further – AF), other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also other signs.

2. The military uniform of clothes the military personnel, passing military service under the contract on positions of ordinary, sergeant and officer structures, the officers undergoing military military service is worn:

1) front door – in case of accomplishment of ceremonial rituals holding festive events, the international negotiations and meetings of foreign delegations (on specifying of the first heads of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in which wearing military uniform of clothes is provided), with participation in parades, delivery to military units (organizations, the ships) of Battle Flags, delivery by the serviceman of the state, departmental awards and assignment of military rank, representation to immediate superiors in case of position assignment, on formal receptions, adoption of the Military oath, appointment in structure of guard of honor, and also in days of annual holidays of military units (organizations, the ships), on solemn creations, meetings, on the Defender of the Fatherland Day and in days of professional holidays of other troops and military forming, during descent of the ships to water, raising of the Naval flag by the ship which is coming into operation in case of wreath-laying to monuments and graves of soldiers, in case of burial of persons for whom the afterfeast of military honors is provided, during service of border control by divisions;

2) daily – in daily life activity (except field occupations, classes in fire and physical training) and during the work in headquarters, in managements and organizations, and also in off-duty time (except Naval forces and parts of marines of AF, sea divisions of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – KNB).

In Naval forces and parts of marines of AF, sea divisions of the Border service of KNB – on classes in combat training and in case of service as a part of daily (ship) details, on alerts, in case of exits of the ships in the sea (on doctrines), during the work in headquarters, in managements and organizations, on classes in specifying of the captain (military unit), and also in off-duty time;

3) field – on field occupations, field exits, alerts, doctrines, in case of service as a part of guard, daily details, accomplishment of tasks on protection and protection of Frontier, on occupations in training centers, polygons, stay on guardroom, in case of daily activities and other actions of combat training;

4) special – in case of accomplishment of special educational, educational and fighting and fighting tasks, special works, and also economic works (worker), content on guardroom.
