The personnel of service of radiation safety are appointed from number of persons employed, had special training on radiation safety at the physical person or legal entity having the license for activities or subspecies of activities for special training of the personnel responsible for ensuring nuclear and radiation safety. The personnel occupied on subjects to use of atomic energy undergo primary certification on compliance of level of its qualification and professional training of post within one month after appointment position, periodic certification once in three years. Availability of originals of the order on creation of service, certificates on preparation on radiation safety and regulations on service is established by the licensor by carrying out allowing control with visit of the applicant by results of which the conclusion about compliance or discrepancy of the applicant to qualification requirements according to Item 2-1 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" is constituted
