About approval of the Regulations on system of the preliminary information about passengers and data on records of registration of passengers
For the purpose of accomplishment of the international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of counteraction to terrorism, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on system of the preliminary information on passengers and data on records of registration of passengers according to appendix.
2. Determine the operator of system of the preliminary information about passengers and data on records of registration of passengers the Anti-terrorist center of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on system of the preliminary information about passengers and data on records of registration of passengers" of December 14, 2020 No. 603.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
