About approval of the Regulations on the organization of individual training of children at home, in stationary healthcare institutions and social protection

For the purpose of increase in scope school education of children with violations of intellectual and physical development, and also children with different serious illness, according to article 37 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides creations of conditions for their training:

1. Approve Regulations on the organization of individual training of children at home, in stationary healthcare institutions and social protection according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the organization of individual training of children at home" of October 15, 2018 as No. 477.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
