methods of utilization of in the, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels, means of packing of consumer pack used for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, federal special brands and excise stamps withdrawn, confiscated by a court decision (including counterfeit) for marking of alcoholic products.

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets, and also the budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
