About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 15:

add with subitem 9-1) of the following content:

13) to state the subitem in the following edition:

developments of agro-industrial complex;

food products;

conditions of food security;

the biddings by the exchange goods which are subject to obligatory realization through commodity exchanges;";

add with subitems 13-1) and 13-2) of the following content:

"13-1) approves the list of exchange goods approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity and also introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;

13-2) approves the list of socially important exchange goods approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity and also introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for paragraphs of the eleventh and thirteenth Item 1 of this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2025.
