Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather state registration of acts of civil status

1. In the second offer of paragraph two of Item 13 of the Procedure for consideration of the applications on change of name (surname, own name, middle name) the physical person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 915 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 52, Art. 2115; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3078), "are cancelled" shall be replaced with words the word "stop the action".

1) in Item 11:
