Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 1993 No. 233 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for consideration of petitions for change by citizens of Ukraine of surnames, names, middle names" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, No. 9, the Art. 180).
