About additional measures for renewal of powers of attorney on right to use and orders by automotor-vehicles on stamp (special) forms

For the purpose of ensuring the most complete implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 7, 2006 with N38 "About Additional Measures for Streamlining of Acquisition, Use and Alienation of Automotor-vehicles", and also considering wishes of owners and drivers of automotor-vehicles the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on provision of additional possibility of renewal on stamp (special) forms of the powers of attorney on right to use and orders by automotor-vehicles issued till July 1, 2006.

2. Determine that:

renewal of the specified powers of attorney on stamp (special) forms is performed till July 1, 2007;

for renewal of powers of attorney on stamp (special) forms the state fee is not collected;

the power of attorney on renewal is submitted the principal or the attorney with presentation of the passport in notary office where it was drawn earlier up;

the control of automotor-vehicles with the powers of attorney which are not renewed on stamp (special) forms is not allowed.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

provide in accordance with the established procedure bringing to data of drivers of automotor-vehicles and the population of requirements of this resolution with carrying out among them necessary explanatory work, including through mass media;

provide strict control of renewal and registration of powers of attorney, and also to take necessary measures for timely renewal of earlier issued powers of attorney on stamp (special) forms with creation of convenient conditions for the population in case of renewal of powers of attorney by notaries and their statement on accounting in bodies of Public service of traffic safety.
