About approval of the List of the processes connected with international treaties which are subject to initiation and accomplishment in electronic management system international treaties
According to article 2-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed List of the processes connected with international treaties which are subject to initiation and accomplishment in electronic management system international treaties.
2. To provide to international legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after signing of this order to provide submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
