Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, parts (11) article 19 of the Aviation code of the Republic of Moldova No. 301/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 95-104, 189), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
In the Regulations on registration of civil aircrafts and maintaining the Aviation register of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 473/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 332-333, 747), to make the following changes:
1.1. 2) of Item 48 after the word "original" to add the subitem with the words "or copy";
1.2. state Item 65 in the following edition:
"65. The address of the aircraft consists of 24 bits and gets out of 2048 addresses in the range of 0101 0000 0100 1100 0000 0000 – 0101 0000 0101 0100 0000 0000 bits allocated to ICAO for the Republic of Moldova.";
1.3. state Item 85 in the following edition:
"85. The identification plate is attached in a visible place about main entrance in the aircraft so that to exclude possibility of its destruction, dismantle, loss or deleting of text in the course of regular operation or in case of the accident leading to the fire onboard or:
1) in case of pilotless uncontrollable aerostat it is attached in a visible place on outside part of payload; and
2) in case of remotely piloted aircraft it is attached in a visible place about main entrance or compartment or fastens in a visible place to outside part of the aircraft in case of lack of main entrance or compartment.".
