According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Law of Ukraine of December 19, 2024 No. 4174-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather single questions of disclosure of bank secrecy and actions for establishment of guardianship over property of physical person, acknowledged are unknown absent, or persons, missing in case of special circumstances" and the Law of Ukraine of December 01, 2022 No. 2801-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring agreement signature between Ukraine and the European Union about mutual recognition of qualified electronic confidential services and implementation of the European Union law in the field of electronic identification", for the purpose of enhancement and reduction of the Procedure for storage, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with changes), the following changes:
Paragraph one of Item 15 of Chapter 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"15. The notary, the official of local government body authorized on making of notarial actions, consular establishment give to banks in the cases determined by the Law on banks, request for receipt of information which is bank secrecy in any form.";
