Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2025 "About remote trade in jewelry through online stores" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 52
1. Determine that Internet trade in the jewelry and other household products made in the Republic of Belarus and marked by identification codes (further - jewelry), from March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 is performed according to the Rules of sales of goods when implementing remote trade approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 31, taking into account the following features:
1.1. registration of the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur having license for activities, the work connected with precious metals and gemstones, constituting and (or) service of which is retail trade precious metals and gemstones, and performing retail trade by jewelry (further - the seller), in the state information system of marking of goods "Electronic sign" (further - GIS "Electronic Sign");
1.2. availability at the seller of one or several stationary shopping facilities, data on which are included in the state information system "Unified Register of Licenses";
1.3. storage by the seller of the jewelry realized through online store in stationary shopping and (or) other facilities of the seller, data on which are included in the state information system "Unified Register of Licenses";
1.4. delivery of jewelry to the buyer according to the Rules of protection of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2012 No. 763, the sellers or legal entities and individual entrepreneurs authorized by the seller on delivery of jewelry;
