Based on paragraphs of the sixth and ninth subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2024 No. 416 "About activities for financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring)", the paragraph of the fourteenth of part one of Item 7 of the Regulations on activities of the operator of service of online borrowing and the agreements signed by means of this service approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2021 No. 196, and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about amount and procedure for disclosure of information by the factoring organizations it (is applied).
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 03.11.2025 No. 310
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since May 13, 2025;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
