About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2021 No. 1621

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2021 No. 1621 "About establishment of sizes of assets of leasing companies for the purpose of implementation of anti-monopoly control" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 40, the Art. 6844) the following changes:

a) in Item 1 of the word "Articles 27 and 29" shall be replaced with words "Article 27 and part 1 of Article 29";

b) add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

Establish asset cost size, and also total asset cost of the leasing companies according to balance sheets on the last reporting date preceding date of submission of the petition in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to transactions is required provided by part 1.1 of article 29 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" in the amount of 180 billion rubles.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
