1. Approve the minimum sizes of award for the edition of works of science, literature and art according to appendix 1.

2. Approve the minimum sizes of award that accomplishment of orders for creation of drama, musical, musical and Drama and literary works for public performance or for the right of the first public performance of unpublished works according to appendix 2.

3. Specific amount of remuneration, procedure and terms of its payment are established by the parties in case of the conclusion of the agreement.

4. Recognize invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 1, 1999 as No. 251 "About the minimum sizes of award for the edition of works of science, literature, art and accomplishment of orders for creation of drama, musical, musical and drama and literary works for public performance or for the right of the first public performance of unpublished works".
