1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Traffic regulations and Basic provisions according to the admission of vehicles to operation and obligations of officials on traffic safety" of August 4, 1999 No. 421 the following changes:

"1.2. In these rules the following basic concepts and terms are used:

"Emergency" - the situation arising in the course of traffic in case of which action or failure to act of participants of movement creates threat of emergence of the road accident.

"Road train" - the motorized vehicle linked to trail car (trail cars).
