1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of April 06, 2009 "About approval of report form about target use of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine with release from the taxation" is registered No. 306 in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 29, 2009 at No. 470/16486;

the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of July 21, 2010 No. 784 "About modification of the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 06.04.2009 No. 306", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 05, 2010 at No. 616/17911.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
