For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.05.2008 N 444 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of energy saving materials, the equipment, equipment and component parts", Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2008 N 1163 "About approval of the nomenclature and goods quantity, transaction on import and to which export are performed according to the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on movement of goods within cooperation in development of space, creation and operation space-rocket and rocketry", Item 5 of the Procedure for forming of the inventory (except excisable) for construction and equipment of sports constructions for the purpose of ensuring carrying out final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer in Ukraine when which importing to customs area of Ukraine the import duty is not collected, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 03.09.2009 N 932 and item 4 of the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning the creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.02.2010 N 102.

1. Approve report form about target use of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine with release from the taxation it (is applied).

2. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.07.2008 N 735 "About approval of report form about target use of separate goods" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.07.2008 for N 670/15361.

3. To department of customs payments (Dzhigalov S. O.) and to Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To heads of customs authorities:

4.1. Provide observance of requirements of this order and control of target use of the specified goods.

4.2. Inform on requirements of this order of subjects of business activity by lighting it in local mass media and at evident information stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs authorities and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.

5. Determine that the order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Service Pikovsky I. O.
