1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 2014 No. 994 "Questions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 15 with subitems 38-1), 38-2), 38-3) and 38-4) of the following content:

38-2) approves the list of exchange goods approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity and also introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;

38-3) approves the list of socially important exchange goods approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity and also introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;

38-4) represents to authorized body on investments of the information about investors and their investment projects;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for paragraphs of the fourth and fifth Item 1 of this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2025.
