About increase in the size of pensions to some categories of citizens in connection with increase in the average salary
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" in 2007 for increase in the size of the pensions calculated according to noted law, the Laws of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities" "About the status and social protection of citizens which suffered as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" concerning persons from among the military personnel of conscription service and members of their families, 1,1022, coefficient except pensions of the workers calculated taking into account indicator of the average salary occupied in industries of economy of Ukraine for 2004 and 2005 to which 1,0584 coefficient is applied is applied. Pensions according to the addresses which arrived till December 31 of year which precedes year in which increase in pension is carried out are subject to increase.
2. Procedure for increase in the pensions granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" in connection with growth of the average salary, N341 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 19, Art. 1001; 2006, N 15, the Art. 1087) to state in edition which is applied.
