The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid

2. Establish to unemployed disabled people II and III groups surcharge in the amount up to 42 hryvnias to the disability pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance".

Noted surcharge is paid if the size of disability pension (taking into account allowances, increases, additional pensions, the target monetary assistance, pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine, the amounts of indexation, monthly payments which intend for compensation of the damage caused by damage of health on production and other surcharges established by the legislation) does not reach the subsistence minimum established for 2007 for persons who lost working capacity and after establishment of surcharge does not exceed noted size of subsistence minimum.
