About measures for increase in role of small and medium business in economy

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for the accelerated development of small and medium business, further improvement of business environment in regions, assistance of realization of the new business initiatives giving impulse to economic growth and also supports of promotion on new segments of the foreign market with competitive products:

I. Main target indicators

1. Determine the main target indicators of development of small and medium business for 2025:

(a) bringing share of small and medium business in gross domestic product to 55 percent, in the industry - to 34 percent, in export - to 34 percent, in employment of the population - to 75 percent;

(b) transformation at least 600 subjects of small and medium business in "entrepreneurs champions" by rendering assistance in their enlargement;

(c) increase at least twice shares of small business in services of drinking water supply and the sewerage, road, construction, utilization, migratory services, services in the field of municipal services, culture and social services;

(d) bringing to 4 thousand of number of subjects of entrepreneurship numbering workers more than 100 people;

(e) implementation of production of branded products at least in 100 subjects of small and medium business due to creation of Project offices of the accelerated industry development;

(e) realization at least 200th startup projects with participation of subjects of small business;

(g) cultivation of high-profit cultures on 30 thousand hectares of the sowing land leased the organization of activities of 16 specialized agrocompanies and formation of 9 modern agro-industrial farms.

II. Stimulation of enlargement of subjects of small and medium business
