About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 295 and of December 4, 2013 No. 879

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 295 "About some questions of stay of goods in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine, restriction and prohibitions concerning the room of separate goods in the specified customs regime and recognitions voided some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 32, Art. 1131; 2020, No. 79, the Art. 2528) and of December 4, 2013 No. 879 "Some questions of conversion of goods outside customs area of Ukraine and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 461" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 97, Art. 3578; 2014, No. 65, the Art. 1798) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", but not earlier than day of its publication.
