About some questions of stay of goods in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine, restriction and prohibition concerning the room of separate goods in the specified customs regime and recognition voided some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to Items 1, of 2, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 4 and 5 parts three of Article 148 of the Customs code of Ukraine:

1. Approve such which are applied:

the inventory which room in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine is forbidden;

the inventory which cannot be allowed to conversion for free circulation on customs area of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

financial guarantees according to the Section X of the Customs code of Ukraine are applied when placing in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine of goods of group 17 according to UKTVED (sugar and confectionery from sugar);

the conversion products received as a result of conversion of foreign goods concerning which special types of duty based on decisions of Interdepartmental International Trade Commission on application of the anti-dumping, countervailing or special measures taken according to the laws of Ukraine are established are subject to obligatory re-export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
