About approval of the Regulations on production and realization of reproductive plant material from the ecological heterogeneous material received from certain childbirth or types

Based on part (6) article 11 of the Law No. 237/2023 on ecological production and labeling of ecological products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 338-340, 596) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on production and realization of reproductive plant material from the ecological heterogeneous material received from certain childbirth or types it (is applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
