About the organization of activities of the Uzagrostar xolding company

For the purpose of the organization of execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 14, 2025 No. UP-22 "About Additional Measures for Implementation of Modern Organizational System and Financial Support of Activities of Owners of Garden Plots and Dehkan Farms":

1. Agree with the following offers of managerial bodies of Council for development of activities of owners of garden plots and Dehkan farms, expansion of production of agricultural products (further - Council) and JSC The Company on Development of Entrepreneurship, providing:

a) formation of the Uzagrostar xolding Company in the form of limited liability company (further - Holding company);

b) introduction in organizational structure of JSC The Company on Development of Entrepreneurship of separate position of the deputy director and assignment of tasks on it on management of activities of Holding company;

c) determination of the basic and covered areas by the agricultural products demanded in the internal and external markets and also education in case of establishment of Holding company of the specialized companies on deepening of specialization makhally in the specified areas on cultivation of products (further - the specialized companies) according to appendix No. 1*. At the same time:

basic areas are the center for the main activities of the specialized companies;

in the covered areas expansion of the innovations connected with cultivation, storage, conversion, packing and transportation of certain grades of products, and also distribution and implementation in them new technologies and approaches is provided;

at the initial stage in basic areas to start works and preparation for formation of the specialized companies project offices of Holding company in the corresponding territory can be created not being the legal entity.

2. Approve the Main objectives of the Uzagrostar xolding Company and the specialized companies formed in case of its establishment according to appendix No. 2*.
