About some questions of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create republican public institution "Military unit 5575 National guards of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - organization) with dislocation in the city of Zhezkazgan of area of Ulytau.

2. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan organization.

3. Determine that financing of organization is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry and its departments:

Section "3. To add the list of the republican public institutions which are under authority of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the line, sequence number 42, of the following content:

"42. Republican public institution "Military unit 5575 National guards of the Republic of Kazakhstan".".

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to approve the charter of organization and to provide its state registration in judicial authorities;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.
