Based on item 4 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 No. 133-Z "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, and parts one of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Determine that the electronic copies of the documents certified or issued by the notary, on paper, signed by the digital signature of the notary go the notary to the state information system "Unified Register of Property" in the PDF format.
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 11, 2025.
