About approval of the Regulations on the Commission on development of technological parks and measures of the state support of their functioning in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of realization of Item 12 of Article 4, of article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technological parks", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Commission on development of technological parks under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Determine the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic as the authorized state body providing the state support to technological parks.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 02.07.2025 No. 391
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
