Based on Art. 14-1 of h (3), Art. 14-2 - 14-4 Laws No. 235/2011 of on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity, Art. 13 of h (1) the item h) the Law No. 420/2006 of on technical regulation, item 50 of the Technical regulation on the minimum requirements to deliveries of construction products approved by the Order of the Government No. 913/2016 of, and the item of 9 subitems 11) of Regulations about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of infrastructure and the regional development approved by the Order of the Government No. 690/2017 of ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure of recognition of conformity assessment bodies for the purpose of notification it (is applied).

2. I impose control of execution of this order on myself.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes requirements for recognition for the purpose of notification of conformity assessment bodies by the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development (further - MYRRH).
