About approval of the Regulations on production and realization of seeds of grain crops

Based on part (7) article 9 of the Law No. 68/2013 on seeds (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 417), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution:

- partially shifts the Directive 66/402/EEC of Council of June 14, 1966 about sale of seeds of grain crops (CELEX: 31966L0402), published in the Official magazine of the European Union 125 of July 11, 1966, with the last changes made by the Implementation directive (EU) 2021/2171 of the Commission of December 7, 2021;

- shifts the Directive 2006/47/EU of the Commission of May 23, 2006 establishing special conditions of presence of Avena fatua at seeds of grain crops (CELEX: 32006L0047), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 136 of May 24, 2006;

- shifts the Decision 80/755/EEC of the Commission of July 17, 1980 about permission of application of the provided instructions on packagings of seeds of grain crops (CELEX: 31980D0755), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 207 of August 9, 1980, with the last changes made by the Decision 81/109/EEC of the Commission of February 10, 1981.

1. Approve Regulations on production and realization of seeds of grain crops it (is applied).

2. To the national agency on safety of foodstuff:

2.1. in three-months time from the date of publication of this resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to approve the internal methodologies and procedures necessary for execution of its provisions;

2.2. exercise control over the implementation of this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

3.1. The order of the Government No. 1211/2008 about approval of Requirements "Seed material of corn and sorghum" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 198-200, 1227), with subsequent changes;
