The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - For the purposes of articles 91 and 92 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes, and article 7 of the Law on amnesty in connection with the 30th anniversary of declaration of independence of the Republic of Moldova No. 243/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 325-333, 510), with subsequent changes, person sentenced to day of entry into force of the Law on amnesty in connection with the 30th anniversary of declaration of independence of the Republic of Moldova No. 243/2021, is not subject to parole from punishment according to article 91 of the Criminal code No. 985/2002 or unexpired this person part of punishment is not subject to replacement with milder pinishment according to article 92 of the Criminal code No. 985/2002, if life imprisonment was replaced with custodial sanction.
