About release in free circulation (import) of the sports equipment and equipment
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. – In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Customs code No. 95/2021 and Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 to resolve Public association "Federation of weightlifting of the Republic of Moldova" for the purpose of the organization and holding the European championship on weightlifting among adults import to the country and release in free circulation (import) with exemption of import payments of the goods provided in appendices 1 and 2, with the right of their subsequent transfer on a grant basis to educational institutions of sports profile.
Art. 2. – In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
