The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Conduct from April 1 to December 31, 2007 in Kiev region experiment to destination and payment of the government public assistance on the orphan children and children deprived of parent care who are under guardianship (care) and live in families of guardians (custodians), by the principle "money goes for the child".
(Carrying out experiment is extended in 2008 according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2007 N 605)
2. Approve the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to the orphan children and children deprived of parent care who are under guardianship (care) and live in families of guardians (custodians), by the principle "money goes for the child" in experimental conditions which is applied.
3. To the ministry of cases of family, youth and sport:
together with the Kiev regional public administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to develop also tax till July 1, 2007. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the project of procedure for funds redistribution for content of the orphan children and children deprived of parent care, after their disposal from institutions for orphan children and children of the deprived parent care, and the device in family of guardians (custodians);
inform till February 1, 2008. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about results of experiment.
