Article 1. Exempt from punishment in the form of social jobs, penalty, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, corrective works, restriction on military service, arrest, restriction of freedom, imprisonment for certain term (further if other is not determined, - imprisonment), and also from other measures of criminal liability in the form of condemnation with delay of execution of the punishment, condemnation with conditional non-use of punishment, condemnation without assignment of punishment if other is not provided by articles 10 and 13 of this Law:
expectant mothers;
the women and lonely men having children aged up to eighteen years which except for committed concerning the minor intentional crime against life and health, sexual integrity or sexual freedom or the death of the person or the causing heavy bodily harm integrated using violence or threat of its application or entailed on imprudence;
persons which reached generally established retirement age;
disabled people of I and II groups; persons, TB patients and carried to IA, IIA, III groups of dispensary observation; faces sore with oncological diseases of the second, fourth clinical groups; persons with oncohematological diseases and depressions of blood formation having medical indications to special treatment; HIV-positive people with the 3rd and 4th stages of disease on clinical classification of the World Health Organization;
the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents;
