About modification and amendments in the Order of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration
According to Art. 6 of h (1), h (3) and Art. 162 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, 238), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 219-225,:
1. In the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration, approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 527-531, 1324), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1) In all text of Technical rules the words "economic agent" and "Authorized Economic Agent" concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the economic operator" and "Authorized Economic Operator" in the corresponding grammatical form.
2) Chapter I
the text "according to appendix No. 26" to add Item 5 with words to "Technical regulations".
It is supplemented with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. The customs declaration is on paper printed on the self-copied paper which is stuck together on root ready to filling and is powerful at least 40g/sq.m. Paper shall be rather opaque in order that this available on the one hand did not affect legibility of the data which are available on the other hand durability of paper there shall be that that in normal conditions it with ease was not torn or rumpled.
Quality of paper shall ensure safety of the entered data within at least 6 years from the date of its registration, except as specified, when special laws provide more than a long storage duration of documents.
