About modification and amendments in the order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 "About approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration"

1. The technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration, approved by the order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 527-531, 1324), to state in the following edition:
1.1. Chapter II, Section B, column 31, paragraph 8:
"The subsection "Vehicle" is filled in case of declaring of the vehicles relating to goods items 8702, 8703 and 9705 Combined the commodity nomenclature, and also other types of vehicles (example: motorcycles, bulldozers, excavators, tractors, etc.), the self-propelled equipments, trail cars, semitrailer trucks or loads intended for towage or placed on trail car/semitrailer truck and intended for movement on public roads and requiring registration in GU "Agency of the State Services".
In case of declaring of spare parts, parts of vehicles, engines, etc. the compartment of the vehicle is not filled. At the same time wrong filling of the obligatory fields with zero, accidental and doubtful figures and letters for type of goods which are not vehicles is forbidden.
Note: The subsection "Vehicle" is part of the automated data exchange with the Agency of the state services concerning the cleared vehicles therefore it is very important that the data entered into this subsection were truthful.
