About modification of appendix to the Order of Customs Service No. 563-O of 28.12.2023 about approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration

According to Article 6 of h (9) the item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, item 276 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:

1. Bring in appendix to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of Technical rules about requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 527-531, 1324), with subsequent changes, the following changes:

In Chapter II, Sections A and B, heading 33: To add "commodity code", the first field with the following text:

"For the imported international mailings of category 3 6 digital signs for tariff subline item of goods, are specified by the leviable greatest amount of customs duties. In this case the customs applicant according to the options which are available when filling the customs declaration agrees to use of tariff subline item of goods, the leviable greatest amount of customs duty".

2. To assign execution of this order to customs bureaus.

3. To charge control of execution of this order to Department of the income and customs control.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
