About measures for development of the international motor transportations of loads
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of the international motor transportations of loads:
1. Determine that:
1.1. in 2025 the vehicles specified in appendix are exempted from utilization collection:
placed (placed) legal entities and individual entrepreneurs the Republic of Belarus under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;
imported (imported) in the Republic of Belarus legal entities and individual entrepreneurs the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;
1.2. vehicles to which the called exemption of utilization collection is applied shall be used in the international motor transportations of loads within year from date:
release according to customs procedure – concerning the vehicles placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;
state registration – concerning the vehicles imported into the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;
1.3. control of target use of vehicles to which this exemption of utilization collection is applied is performed by public institution "Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus";
1.4. in case of non-compliance with the conditions determined in subitem 1.2 of this Item:
public institution "Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" informs on such facts the State Customs Committee in writing or in electronic form;
utilization collection is subject to payment (collection) according to the tax legislation using the rates operating for the dates specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item.
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2025.
