For the purpose of implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About support to the vulnerable and target groups which were injured in the conditions of emergency mode and emergency state" of July 23, 2024 No. 413, of rational and effective distribution of the money arriving from physical persons and legal entities in the form of donations for ensuring lump sum payments to persons which are in difficult life situation during emergency situation and emergency state according to Article 71 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic":

1. Approve:

- Accounting treatment, distributions and monitoring of the money which arrived from the donations intended on reaction and mitigation of consequences of emergency situation, emergency state and provision by the victim of lump money payments according to appendix 1;

- structure of the Commission on distribution of the money arriving from physical persons and legal entities in the form of donations for provision by the victim of lump money payments according to appendix 2.

2. Control of execution of this order to assign to management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
