About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 21 of the Law on currency control No. 62/2008 (repeated publication: 2016, Art. No. 423-429, 859), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item d-1) of the following content:

"d-1) of transactions between physical persons - residents, connected with purchase and sale of real estate and provided by parts (3) and (4) article 5 of the Law on implementation of cash cash calculations and about modification of some regulations No. 34/2024;".

Art. II. - In the Law on implementation of cash cash calculations and on modification of some regulations No. 34/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 86-88, 129), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 5:

Item е) to state in the following edition:

"e) make cash payments money for benefit of physical person which does not perform business activity, in the amount which is not exceeding in total 200 000 lei a year in case of sales of products of crop production and gardening in the natural form and in the amount which is not exceeding in total 300 000 lei a year in case of products of livestock production in the natural form, live and lethal weight;";

Item f) after words of "flora" to add with the word "and/or livestock production products".

2. Add article 11 with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) V 2025 for the purposes of this law year to consider the period on April 1, 2025 - on December 31, 2025.".

Art. III. - This law becomes effective since April 1, 2025.
