About modification of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. The fifth Item 18 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) to replace the paragraph with five new paragraphs the fifth or ninth the following content:
"The National Bank of Ukraine carries out daily in the working days since 15:30 transactions on purchase and sale of US dollars with banks on conditions "volume".
The bank has the right to take part in implementation of transactions on the conditions "volume" determined in Item 18 of this resolution if such transactions are performed by bank for requirements satisfaction:
defenses of Ukraine;
the state companies or economic societies which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, being subjects of the natural gas market to whom the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based on article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" assigns special obligations on forming of natural gas resource.
