1. Approve the Concept of platform for storage and joint use of documents (MDocs) it (is applied).

2. Found platform for storage and joint use of documents (MDocs).

3. Appoint public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" the owner and the holder of platform for storage and joint use of documents (MDocs).

4. To public organization "Agency of Electronic Control":

1) to provide continuous development of platform for storage and joint use of documents (MDocs);

2) to approve contractual conditions of use of platform for storage and joint use of documents (MDocs);

3) to provide use of platform for storage and joint use of documents (MDocs) by bodies of the public power and public organizations on a grant basis.

5. For storage and joint use of documents (MDocs) to perform creation of platform at the expense of means of the Upgrade of Government Services project, and to provide its continuous work and development for the account and within the financial resources which are annually allocated from the government budget of the State office for public organization "Agency of Electronic Control", and also at the expense of other sources which are not prohibited by the law.
