About modification of some orders of the Government (updating of the regulatory base relating to general government technological framework (MCloud)

Based on Item and) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 822/2012 on services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management (2012, Art. No. 234-236, 880), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) to provide to beneficiaries the auxiliary tool for cooperation and communication according to the Provision specified in Item 2;".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 128/2014 about general government technological framework (MCloud) (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 47-48, 145), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in Item 10 of the resolution of the word "provision of applied tools for cooperation and communication" to replace with the text "rendering the services stated in the Catalogue of the services relating to general government technological framework (MCloud), provided on contractual basis";
